Fred Chen

Fred is a 2nd-generation Taiwanese-American - an American citizen by birth of Taiwanese heritage. He learned Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese from his family and English in school. While growing up, we gradually developed a love for languages and also speaks Japanese and Spanish. He has also dabbled in 14 other languages. He is an electrical engineer by training and hopes to use his skills in speech and language technology.
